Paid Holidays, Some Leadership is great. There are areas of opportunity. As a private company, the workforce is family like, and the employees are what drive the organization. Despite the negativity in some light, there is typically good things to find. Folks are truly caring for each other. Health care is relatively cheap, affordable, but the coverage it gives reflects on that fact it is cheap. Very handsome PTO plan. It's a medium-organization, and is progressive- things change quickly and sometimes a bit unruly. You are rewarded for your hard work, and dedication at APCO. Pay is not on the average for Altanta-Metro in all positions, so this makes a great place to take some entry-level experience and blossom it.

Health Care Options, their cheap, and cheap for a reason. You are 25% likely to loose the doctor you have been seeing for years, as they will not be on the accepted list from the provider. Unfortunately, what is hurting the plan is it is post paid by the company itself off of profit. Which, is a cheaper option for coverage.. When you have some wide "health issues" it hurts everyone's pockets. Spousal coverage is planned to be removed.
Some leaders, just don't need to be there. There is a bad habit of holding on to some leaders, when clearly, they are causing more harm to the organization and moral in worse case, they maybe operating at a capacity they cannot. This comes back around to the family atmosphere. This I believe has made the worse case for this organizations stagnate growth.
Whereas the PTO plans are great,however it's nearly impossible to take a day off without having to report to work in some form or fashion. Workload is too high for more departments to scale back with a employee or two off.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Review some of the leadership roles, the company will perform much better once the blockades are removed, replace with experience professionals instead of some of the amateurs whom maybe took too big of a bite and are choking the goals. Otherwise the mentality in C-Level is on par with how it should me. Senior & Mid-Level needs the most work, Employees will shape around this change.RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
