    Pros

    Extremely happy with Apex. The staff is very supportive of each other and very pleasant to work with. Anything I need to do my job is provided to me (i.e. laptop, cell phone, expenses). Very accommodating with regards to work life balance. Manager is always available if needed and supports desire to better myself.

    Cons

    Really can't think of any negatives. I've worked for some very difficult companies with managers that were not very encouraging or supportive....that is the complete opposite at Apex.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management is very approachable and is always willing to throw kudos where it's deserved. Very in touch with workers in the field.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Apex Companies, LLC (Austin, TX) in October 2014.

    Interview

    Phone and In Person. There was a little back and forth on my end about taking the overall position which made things a little awkward at times. It was my first time really negotiating and I messed that up a little. Overall they were good to me I was just a little gun shy and confused overall. Be clear about your goals and job requirements. They are going through some self admitted growing pains at the moment but those will be short lived most likely.
