Here at Apex, we believe in putting people first, and have launched several 2015 organizational initiatives to further engage and develop our talent. Since January this year, we've launched a new Leadership Development Program, company-wide monthly engagement sessions (a.k.a. Third Thursdays), and an exciting new executive video series featuring our senior leaders. We are making every effort to ensure our organization is the best it can be - with a focus on our talent. - Kendra Gillespie, Talent Management/Organizational Development

Extremely happy with Apex. The staff is very supportive of each other and very pleasant to work with. Anything I need to do my job is provided to me (i.e. laptop, cell phone, expenses). Very accommodating with regards to work life balance. Manager is always available if needed and supports desire to better myself.
Really can't think of any negatives. I've worked for some very difficult companies with managers that were not very encouraging or supportive....that is the complete opposite at Apex.
Advice to Management
Upper management is very approachable and is always willing to throw kudos where it's deserved. Very in touch with workers in the field.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks – interviewed at Apex Companies, LLC (Austin, TX) in October 2014.
Phone and In Person. There was a little back and forth on my end about taking the overall position which made things a little awkward at times. It was my first time really negotiating and I messed that up a little. Overall they were good to me I was just a little gun shy and confused overall. Be clear about your goals and job requirements. They are going through some self admitted growing pains at the moment but those will be short lived most likely.
- Standard process overall it was good. I think it would be a good place to go. Answer Question
