I thrive in an open atmosphere - one where I can be myself, where others can do the same and where I feel I have a good sense of what's going on and why my contribution actually matters (other than just a pay check...). I've all of that here. I've been told previously that "can't you keep your crazy opinions to yourself?" - but here, people are actually interested in my thoughts and ideas I've suggested have resulted in changes in the company. I find lots of people at roughly my same age group and experience level - or a few that are much more experienced and several years older. Kind of bi-modal in the age and experience levels and a little light on the "mid level" experience and age group. Not so much a con as much as a potential missing element that could round out the company culture a tad.Advice to ManagementAdvice

I applied after finding out about the company through LinkedIn. Within the week I had a phone interview. Following that, I had an interview at AppNeta with five different members of AppNeta. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and humorous. I went from being slightly interested in the company (after trudging through so many previous applications, interviews, etc) to becoming excited to learn more about the business.
