    Approves of CEO

I worked at Applied Composites Engineering as an intern (Less than a year)

ACE produces high quality products, employs good people, and has a relaxed but productive atmosphere. Engineers work closely with technicians to improve products. The company has a bright future outlook.

ACE is in the midst of some growing pains, and a few projects aren't yet well-organized and structured as a result.

    Average Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applied Composites Engineering (Indianapolis, IN).

I was called in for an interview and told there would be a mechanical comprehension and math test online. After the timed tests I interviewed with 2 HR members. Seemed fairly easy and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. I was told they would contact me in a week but after waiting a little over a week and sending a thank you letter the day after the interview I hadn't heard a response. I emailed the lower HR employee and was told they went with a different person. I asked why they decided to go with someone else and what could I improve on for the next time they posted a position and received no response. I thought it was very unprofessional for a small company. I then emailed the higher HR employee thanking them for their time and asking what I could do to improve and also received no response. Again I thought that was very unprofessional and felt they dropped they ball communicating with me at least 3 times.
