I have been working at Apriso full-time (less than an year)Pros
Apriso realizes the value of their employees and also acknowledges hard work.
The pay is reasonable and avergage.
The work is challenging.Cons
It's a small organization however that also opens the door to learning and getting a more comprehensive skill set.
Its difficult to find people to assist you in learning things if you are working remote.
If you are working remote, be advised, you will have to figure out a lot of things on your own.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Keep doing what you're doing. Company has been growing for the last 7 years. The focus will be how to train and support the new employees being hired.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Apriso in July 2013.Interview Details
Initial screening with Monster staff then HR staff. Had a series of video and phone interviews with hiring manager, program managers and architects. Flew me out to Long Beach for more interviews with higher managers. Made offer the very next day. Questions were the basic questions about background. There was a skills test for basic SQL and C#. Not a requirement for the job, but a basic understanding was needed. Did not get all answers correct, but was able to figure out how to get the right answer.Interview Questions
