I have been working at Aras

True team atmosphere. Plenty of work to go around. Interns are treated like team members. Annual conferences set the tone for the global organization and have real meaning. Open culture extends across customers and partners.

Growing pains, to be expected with the fastest growing, openly distributed PLM company in the world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate solidly across all channels. Consider offering training incentives to keep employees fresh.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Aras in October 2012.

    Interview Details

I applied through an ad I found online. The interview was casual and comfortable. I was with a group of others and we shared our work history and experience as brand ambassadors. We were then told a little bit more about the company and how demos were run. It was direct and quick.
