I have been working at Arbinet full-time (more than 5 years)

The technical location in Herndon VA was a great place to work - before everyone got laid off. Smart and friendly employees. The Herndon based upper management wasnt bad to work with.

NJ upper management was a revolving door, filled with people with bad ideas and interested in their own well being.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Its a shame the management destroyed a great company.

Overall, the process was a joke. I interviewed with 2 people. th first one was just us talking about sports that's it... nothing on my previous experience... the 2nd guy just came in and said hello and then walked out. That was it... i was in and out of there in 30 min.
