    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Arbinet in May 2008.

    Overall, the process was a joke. I interviewed with 2 people. th first one was just us talking about sports that's it... nothing on my previous experience... the 2nd guy just came in and said hello and then walked out. That was it... i was in and out of there in 30 min.
