    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arclin (Seattle, WA) in November 2013.

    Interview

Through the process of transitioning from military to civilian, I have employed a headhunter to assist in finding a job. Arclin was one of the companies presented by the headhunter's hiring conference. The interview went well. It was more of a conversation than an interview-very laid back. I answered the "tell me about yourself" question and we discussed what the company provided and the position. In the end, the company was looking for more supervision in an industrial environment.
