    Pros

They really helped me understand the software and my overall understanding of SCM. They emphasized the concept of professionalism and helped prepare me for future employment.

    Cons

There are really no cons to this internship. I had a great experience and learned a lot. Also provided me a lot of responsibility, more than a usual internship.

    Advice to Management

To keep up what you guys are doing. Great culture as a company which in turn truly motivates their employees.

    Interview

The internal recruiter was great to work with, very friendly and responsive through the interview process. Interviews were done over the phone with both the hiring manager and employees currently in the position.
