    Company that takes care of its people. Opportunity to work on variety of things in the procurement space. If you like to see your work used by customers quickly this is the place to be


    For senior management there may not be much of work-life balance. But in general you keep normal work hours

    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks - interviewed at Ariba in June 2010.

    Interview Details

    I had three interviews and it went very well. The HR process always takes much longer than you think, but even this was bordering on disrespectful. I believe things have gotten better as of late.
