    Pros

Growing company with great people at the helm. Seem to be investing heavily in all departments. Very much focused on building the culture and celebrating the people who work for the company; HR seems to improve the working environment everyday.

    Cons

Location of the HQ is a bit of a pain, but they have new offices in Janesville and Madison and have begun recruiting to those locations, which opens up a lot of opportunity for people.

    Advice to Management

More perks for the main campus. Its a long drive as it is, so cafeteria, gym, child care, etc would all be welcome to help make the commute less of a worry.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Ariens (Brillion, WI).

    Interview

First had to take a Myers-Briggs style test, which the results were submitted to Ariens. In the interview this was never referenced but I assume it was used to direct the line of questioning. Had a quick phone chat, but the real heavy lifting was in the in person interview. Talked with a few high level managers, mostly in a conversational tone. No case studies or anything, fairly simple and interesting line of questioning. Some managers were obviously more interesting in their questions than others.
