    Pros

Decent money if you can put up with not having a life.

    Cons

Managment treated employees as dirt. Agressive sales/ managment staff Lieing to customers. Time off frowned upon. 6 Day weeks, 60+ Hours. Few Breaks. Made to sign a waiver to opt out of the governments 48 Hour work week LAW!

    Advice to Management

Treat staff with more respect. Reduce working hours and sales staff might be willing to work harder.
