I have been working at Arqiva (Less than a year)
Easy and pleasant environment with good support for work life balance. Very laid back environment. Almost too laid back. Friendly
Far too laid back with little or no interest in progressing their most prized assets - their staff. It is a company where loyalty rather than ability is supported

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Arqiva (Winchester, England (UK)) in May 2014.
I originally applied for a different role as a personal assistant, after being phone screened by a recruiter beforehand. The interviewer asked me questions based around my university degree and where I saw myself in a few years. As there was no formal job description I answered honestly and the interviewer decided not to progress my application to the role I applied for but to create a new role that would suit my career ambitions and skill-set. I went to a second interview after being told by the recruiter that the interviewer liked me and was currently devising a new role and job description. One day later I was offered the role of business analyst.
- Where do I see myself in five years? What did I study at University? How is this relevant to the role I am applying for? What is my current knowledge of the Internet of Things and where do I see this taking off? Answer Question
