I worked at Array BioPharma full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are wonderful to work with; they are flexible and have a healthy work/home life balance.

    Cons

Some of the decisions made by the executives are questionable. Not sure if they are made with the best of the company in mind. There are frequent layoffs, so you never quit feel secure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to some of your long term employees, they have great ideas.

    Lab Tech II Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Boulder, CO
Anonymous Interview Candidate in Boulder, CO
    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Array BioPharma.

    Interview Details

The first contact was a 30 minute phone interview where I provided further details about my resume and experience. The next step was an all day interview starting at 9 am with a powerpoint presentation followed by a series of 30 minute interviews including a lunch and dinner. I thought that the interview process was way too extensive for a Lab Tech position.

    Interview Questions
    • The experience questions were pretty straightforward. This is a very intelligent group of people, so be sure you know your stuff! I think as long as you are knowledgeable about your research, the most difficult questions will be the typical HR "tell me about a time when you didn't get along with..." questions.   Answer Question
