    I worked at Arrowpoint Capital

    Pros

    Great place to work. Just wish the company could somehow survive and continue. Hope Plan B comes to fruition. Love their time off policy for community involvement.

    Cons

    Th company is in runoff so the stability is just not there. At least management gives employees as much lead time as possible before the pink slip comes!

    Please work digilently on Plan B for the employees sake.
