I worked at Ascent Media full-time

    Pros

The pros of ascent media were some of the people i got to work with and the lasting relationships i made with my team.

    Cons

The cons of ascent media were high turn over rate, long hours, long hours, long hours expected. Higher ups didn't care about lower level employees.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would to be more flexible with employees life especially when you demand such long hours.

    Interview

The recruiter was the best I have ever worked with. Great at communicating and assisting in making the process as painless as possible. I interviewed with 6 executives, including the hiring manager. Sharp people who asked smart questions.
