    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Aselsan in February 2011.

    Interview Details

After a standard 300 hundred question personality test, there was only a one level interview, where three managers of different divisions and one HR consultant attended. They were kind and their attitude was positive. After a couple of general questions they look through my university grades and asked some questions about the courses. No detailed technical questions were asked. Each manager explained his department and the duties of engineers in these departments. This information was very helpful when considering to take the job or not. They especially spend a lot of time to talk about my hobbies and personal interests, which was really enjoying.
