I worked at Ashworth full-time (More than a year)
Family friendly. They really supported mom's that had to modify schedules to meet the demands of kids/family.
Lack of vision. Sales team would make us design around in circles and did not define clearly what they wanted/needed, so it created a lot of busy work.
Advice to Management
Come up with a stronger look/ recognizable brand image.
