Greg Henry

Greg currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is on the Board of Directors for Aspen Heights. The company has developed more than $300 million in construction projects in the student housing industry from 2006 to 2011 and continues to grow under his leadership. Prior to the formation of Aspen Heights in 2006, Greg was founder and CEO of York Construction, Inc. in northwest Arkansas. He managed and executed more than $150 million in the construction of over 200 single-family homes and 450 lots throughout 4 subdivisions. Greg is committed to preserving the company culture and has been recognized by Student Housing Business as a top industry professional and invited to be a conference speaker.

                                               

 








Russ Murphy

As the Chief Operating Officer and partner of Aspen Heights, Russ developed Aspen Heights' organizational infrastructure and, today, supervises the general management responsibility for the company. He directs all planning, budgeting, forecasting, finance, and administration initiatives as well as negotiates and determines the best terms and quality for Aspen Heights and its projects. Additionally, Russ ensures the company remains in compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements and labor laws. He previously worked for Simmons Foods where his diverse management skills were honed while overseeing the activity of a 1200-employee facility.

Greg Vestri                                             

Greg has served as the President of Aspen Heights since October 2012. This role

was offered after a year of effort that focused on executive coaching and consulting on

how to scale the rapidly growing business. The company has doubled in size the last

two years and is well on the path for future expansion in product, revenue and assets

managed. He also serves as a Director over Aspen Heights in Africa, a 501c3 Non-Profit,

with primary focus on how to engage For Profit companies for strategic opportunity and

impact in Africa.

    I have been working at Aspen Heights full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The company culture is like no other. You always feel like you're a part of the family and that your voice is heard. There is never a dull day at work - the opportunities are endless and the environment is fun.

    Cons

    Because the company is still growing, things are constantly changing and it's important to be able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
