Greg Henry

Greg currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is on the Board of Directors for Aspen Heights. The company has developed more than $300 million in construction projects in the student housing industry from 2006 to 2011 and continues to grow under his leadership. Prior to the formation of Aspen Heights in 2006, Greg was founder and CEO of York Construction, Inc. in northwest Arkansas. He managed and executed more than $150 million in the construction of over 200 single-family homes and 450 lots throughout 4 subdivisions. Greg is committed to preserving the company culture and has been recognized by Student Housing Business as a top industry professional and invited to be a conference speaker.

Russ Murphy

As the Chief Operating Officer and partner of Aspen Heights, Russ developed Aspen Heights' organizational infrastructure and, today, supervises the general management responsibility for the company. He directs all planning, budgeting, forecasting, finance, and administration initiatives as well as negotiates and determines the best terms and quality for Aspen Heights and its projects. Additionally, Russ ensures the company remains in compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements and labor laws. He previously worked for Simmons Foods where his diverse management skills were honed while overseeing the activity of a 1200-employee facility. 

Jason Sherman

Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Jason Sherman, is responsible for market research, product design and development, and all the innovative, marketing and leasing programs for Aspen Heights. His passion for the field and constant thirst for cutting-edge and creative strategies has been enhanced through his previous experience. Jason was a marketing analyst for a mid-size consulting firm, DSG Consulting, Inc., which helped Fortune 500 technology and manufacturing corporations develop and implement marketing strategies to improve revenue performance and market share. He was also a branch manager responsible for the overseas branch specializing in markets in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Beirut and Dubai.
