Greg currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is on the Board of Directors for Aspen Heights. The company is devoted to integrating profit and purpose, activating human potential, and animating creativity to contribute value in the world. Aspen Heights has developed more than $800 million in real estate projects from 2006 to 2014 and continues to grow under his leadership.
Sid serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Aspen Heights. Sid started his career at Target as a executive trainee after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's in Science. During his 19 year career with Target he held a variety of field positions before taking on a multi-unit management responsibilities. For the last 7 years of his career with Target he was the Senior Vice President for the south east region with responsibility for 17 billion in sales and 475 stores. He then moved on to Susser Holding as theSVP - Operations in May 2013. At Susser he was responsible for 6 billion in sales and 645 locations, including all operations for fuel and retail. In his time at Susser he grew the business by over 15% in total sales and integrated several acquisitions into the company. The company grew by almost a 100 new stores including acquisitions during his tenure there. Sid Keswani received his MBA from the University of Texas in Dallas.
Dan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Aspen Heights. Prior to joining Aspen Heights, Dan was a senior associate at RCLCO, a strategic real estate advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. Dan was also previously a research manager at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence responsible for covering the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metro areas. At Aspen Heights, he leads financial planning, strategy, and management of the accounting group. Dan has a B.A. in Management and Economics from Gettysburg College and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
Shane is the Chief Leadership Officer and partner of Aspen Heights. He is responsible for leadership development, cultivating human potential, corporate communications, and articulating and stewarding the unique vision and values of the company. He is an executive coach, a national speaker, and award-winning author of four books including the forthcoming Cats Don’t Bark: A Practical Guide to Finding Your Purpose and Living Your Potential (Hachette, 2015). Prior to joining Aspen Heights, Shane spent nearly a decade as a pastor, most recently as the Teaching Pastor of Mars Hill, a 6,000 member church in Grand Rapids, MI with podcast audience of over 30,000 worldwide. He began his career in advertising as a strategic brand planner working on enthusiast brands including Porsche Cars North America."

Aspen Heights is an amazing employer. I have worked for several Fortune 500 companies. I have worked for some awesome companies but nothing like Aspen. The office culture is second to none. The atmosphere, coworkers, managers, benefits are great! I really enjoy coming to work everyday! There is room for growth and many opportunities to advance.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Aspen Heights (Austin, TX).
First off any company that makes you interview with a computer first instead of an iemploee within the company isn't as personable as they seem.
My suggestion is speak with the candidates first and send them off to your odd "ice cream" questionnaires. Yes it may seem psychology fun for you but as an applicant that may take it serious it's a JOKE.
Yes I understand the psychology behind it but if you are going to take anyone seriously man up and talk to them personally. Don't let the computer do the dirty work for you the first round.
