    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    1. Great salary and benefits, 2. A new CEO that has a passion for our customers and our employees, 3. A company that believes in developing their people and promoting from within, 4. A place where you can make a difference, 5. A long list of the best customers in the world, 6. Innovative, value-driven market-leading products

    Cons

Under the former CEO there was not enough empowerment for the employees or focus on our customers. That culture is absolutely changing under the new CEO with many initiatives in place. Cultures do not change overnight but it is clear that the CEO and Executive Team are absolutely committed to our customers and employees. There are many new initiatves in place that are being driven employees to look at improving the customer experience, new training initiatives for employees, etc. This is a very exciting time to be a part of AspenTech!

    Advice to Management

Continue to do the things you are doing to bring our customers and employees back to our central focus.
