Under the former CEO there was not enough empowerment for the employees or focus on our customers. That culture is absolutely changing under the new CEO with many initiatives in place. Cultures do not change overnight but it is clear that the CEO and Executive Team are absolutely committed to our customers and employees. There are many new initiatves in place that are being driven employees to look at improving the customer experience, new training initiatives for employees, etc. This is a very exciting time to be a part of AspenTech!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AspenTech.
A phone interview with HR followed by a phone interview with three people in marketing, an then an in-person interview with three people in marketing (I saw them one at a time). The questions were straight forward and related to the job. I received a couple of situation questions, i.e. describe a time you failed and how you handled it.
