    I have been working at Aspire Public Schools full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - Opportunities to work with and learn from very dedicated, hard-working, and creative educators
    - flexibility in curriculum and schedules throughout the day
    - able to adjust instruction daily based on the needs of students
    - great families and students
    - access to great professional development
    - able to try out many different types of instructional approaches

    Cons

    - long work hours and lots of curriculum writing
    - often doing the job of a curriculum writer, teacher, and counselor all at once
    - always changing district expectations
    - lack of technology in many schools

    i applied online and then they called me like a week after I applied. I was given a day to come in to interview. The interview was about 20 minutes. It was myself and three employees in the interview room. They all asked questions
