Amazing benefits, but combination of two entities maybe not such a good fit.

I worked at Associated Regional and University Pathologists

    Pros

Awesome benefits: in house free gym, childcare, free clinic. Free testing done for all employees and their pets. Quarterly and yearly bonus as well as random and holiday cash giveaways for all employees.

    Cons

I worked in an area that originated at the University of Utah and was incorporated into ARUP. Employees were about half new and old, and seemed to be in vicious competition with one another. Also, the worse you are at your job, the more likely you are to be promoted.

They use this HireVue process. You're talking to a computer. This is a strong indication as to what you can expect from this company.

    Interview Questions
    • Questions are very detailed on minute topics. It is hard to say what was most difficult. Lot of bozos behind the glass.   Answer Question

The clinical reference lab performs tens of thousands of tests daily on blood, body fluids, and tissue for clients that include teaching hospitals, hospital groups, clinics, government entities, and other labs across the US. Its test menu includes thousands of assays, ranging from routine screenings (such as allergy and infectious diseases tests) to highly complex genetic and molecular tests.
