I have been working at Assurant Employee Benefits as an intern (less than an year)

This internship is a great opportunity for undergrad students of all experience levels, even those fresh out of their first year of college. The work you are given is very meaningful and the methodologies are a good representation of working in the real world. Personal and professional development along with learning are the priorities of this internship, above project completion. Bob Bullard, who manages the intern program, does a great job of helping you learn about the corporate environment, providing you with the resources to learn, and setting you up with others in the business to collaborate and work on meaningful projects. (he also tells great stories). The overall culture of the company is very good, everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out.

It took a little longer than desired to get required access and software.
