As a sales rep you are essentially running your own business. You are given the freedom to take risks and make strategic calls that best fit your customers. The benefits are gold standard and the company does an incredible job of giving back to the community. There are unlimited growth opportunities for the reps that seek them.
The IT service needs help and there are some gaps in business strategy training that the company is working hard to fix. The job is partner dependent- if you get stuck with complacent partners it will hurt your business and affect your bonuses.
Advice to Management
Outstanding job empowering your reps. Work harder to capitalize on individual rep strengths to use as training resources across the region/area.
