We’re tech professionals. But our passion is for the people who use it.

On one hand, Asurion is a tech company with more bells and whistles, gadgets and cutting-edge technology than you can imagine. But we’re all about people. And it’s why we focus our collective philanthropic efforts on helping people- in a program called Compassion Forward. Through it, we support our own team members and those in our communities by partnering with charitable organizations that help kids through the power of education.


We know that life can be tough. Our Compassion Fund is another way we commit to each other; it’s how we acknowledge that we’re all in this together. Funded by Asurion people, the funds are available to coworkers who have a financial need due to a catastrophic or life altering event.

    I have been working at Asurion full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Able to move up in the company. Can work in a call center or from home. Great supervisors. Not quick to fire. Will try and help you be successful.

    Cons

    Lots of system issues. Metrics hard to meet with so many system issues. Not sure if they need a better IT Dept or a better system. Had a great system and went with i-care and it sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on keeping the systems going so that people can do their jobs and meet the numbers. Go back to the system we had as it worked and more user friendjy.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Asurion in June 2014.

    Interview Details

    It was a fairy great interview process. I enjoyed my job, it's very laid back, co workers are friendly and helpful. I can go on and on. The management could be a little better, however overall I will refer this company to a person looking for work. Make sure your always looking towards the positive and always continue to remain customer service friendly.
