The work is fast-paced and ever-changing. There is an entrepreneurial feel about the company where managers allow employees to take charge of their work responsibilities as long as they are meeting their goals and KPIs.
The workload is pretty daunting. Receiving approval to increase headcout is an uphill battle... burn out is quite possible early on.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ weeks – interviewed at Asurion (Nashville, TN).
Recruiter phone screen, Hiring manager phone screen, excel test, 4 hour long panel interviews on site, and a follow up phone interview. I interviewed with my hiring manager over a lunch they served me on site, and then I interviewed with members from my direct team, then members from teh department, I also enjoyed that they took me on an office tour before my interview started - its nice to get a good view of the culture! I was able to see that it is very relaxed and collaborative, which was a plus to me.
