I worked at Atherotech (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, very nice people to work with just never time to get a break. I learned a lot from there. I loved my bosses but just too much work for the amount of employees we had.

    Cons

Not enough time to hardly go to restroom, very stressful, expected way to much from employees considering the pay.

    Advice to Management

    Need to hire more people

    Interview

It was simple and straight to the point. The tell you what the job consists of and ask you a few basic personality questions and then they give you an opportunity to ask then something. After that they pretty much tell you that you'll be hearing something from them by phone or by email.
