I worked at Atkinson-Baker
The company operates by published policy which makes things certain, not run by whim. I worked for the company 14 years and moved up from a recruiter to a manager. During my time with the company it grew from 98 employees to over 170. The company provided me with a path to reach goals I set for myself and I very happy about that.
There are no perfect jobs that I have seen and every employer can improve on things. I have observed Top Management at Atkinson-Baker Inc working in the directions of improving things for their employees.

I applied online. The process took 1 day – interviewed at Atkinson-Baker (Glendale, CA) in January 2015.
Waited in reception area, called to a cubicle to write a letter and read a disclaimer about how the business functions under the L. Ron Hubbard way of beliefs. I was then asked into the interview room with the HR Rep who began fumbling her words, then apologized that she was tired. She handed me the IQ test and said that AFTER I finish reading the directions, to tell her. Once I did, she began timing me. The IQ test consisted of a series of shapes and lines. Last question was for me to write my name along the left hand page and circle my name once and my last name twice.
- I was asked about each job, starting with just the first two. She pronounced the title of one position somewhat overly worded and fancy, then asked what I did there. Answer Question
