    Pros

Good Benefits- but no tuition reimbursement Paid time off- sick and vacation HR staff are knowledgeable No micro-managing Its not that bad

    Cons

No tuition reimbursement No way to move up Lack of space for Coordinators/Monitors Inefficient required meetings Need a more helpful administrative staff

    Advice to Management

The Coordinators are just as important as management. We are the backbone of research so we should be treated with consideration. We need space, resources and consideration.
