    Pros

    Good Benefits- but no tuition reimbursement
    Paid time off- sick and vacation
    HR staff are knowledgeable
    No micro-managing
    Its not that bad

    Cons

    No tuition reimbursement
    No way to move up
    Lack of space for Coordinators/Monitors
    Inefficient required meetings
    Need a more helpful administrative staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The Coordinators are just as important as management. We are the backbone of research so we should be treated with consideration. We need space, resources and consideration.
