    I worked at Atlantic Aviation

Great benefits, salary seemed about average, not a lot of office politics. Flexible with time off, very serious about safety. ALL employees are subject to the same random drug testing policies.

Salary was average to slightly below average. Part of a larger company whose primary business is owning businesses. Management always seems like they're trying to hide something from the employees, even when they're not??

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid of open communications with employees. Review salaries to move in to closer alignment with industry averages. Be more consistent across bases in how they're managed.

I applied in-person – interviewed at Atlantic Aviation.

Arrived on time, well dressed, the manager never showed up at the interview even though I was told he would be there as well. They asked lots of questions as well as I did. Seemed very promising. Prior military with ramp experience so don't understand why I did not get a job offer. Would have been nice to get a call or an email at least explaining that you were not selected and possibly a reason why.
