I worked at Atlantic Aviation full-time (More than a year)

Great coworkers with a shared passion for the aviation world. Average pay with some chance for advancement, mostly to a supervisor position. Benefits are decent. Plenty of overtime during the busy season. Get to be outdoors if you enjoy that.

No specified lunch break; only break time is when traffic decreases. Long hours for supervisors, with no overtime. Corporate denied hiring of more LST's when we were severely understaffed and bringing in record profits. Sometimes snobby customers who looked down on line service.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the line service techs when they require a change in policy or more help; they are literally on the front lines of the business. Make sure the profitable branches are adequately staffed and supplied.

I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Atlantic Aviation in September 2015.

Nice tour of the facility on a golf cart, never went on a ride for an interview before. Very nice facility. Interview from beginning to end was almost 2 hours long. Had to fill out a paper application upon arrival for the interview, I thought that was a waste of time, it could have been emailed. Interviewed on a Friday, got a call that Monday to come in for more screening. Decided to decline the job after some thought, I did not feel like it would be a place I would want to stay at. Required uniforms.
