I have been working at Atrium Medical full-time (More than a year)
Great working environment. Employees are friendly and will help you with tasks you are not familiar with. Students in the Cooperative Education program are treated and given responsibilities as engineers.
Not so much a con specifically for Atrium, but in the medical device industry, procedures are strict. The work is not easy. Most of the job is working with inter-disciplinary teams and strong communication is a must.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atrium Medical (Hudson, NH) in March 2013.
Was contacted by a recruiter asked to come in for an on site interview. When I went in, I had 5 back to back interviews with different members of the Endovascular team. The interview was very standard, mostly going through my resume and asking about my internship experiences. I received an email the next day from a recruiter giving me an offer basically asking what I made at previous internships and then they gave me my offer based on that.
