I have been working at Attachmate full-time (more than an year)Pros
Leadership knows the market. They're happy to promote from within but it's not high growth company. They have great work/life balance because they're in an established niche with specialized products.Cons
A technology company with a solid but unexciting niche. Management is somewhat conservative from a business perspective but smart and capable. Not as innovative or cutting edge as some technology companies but also doesn't have the long hours and pressure.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Compensation is solid and the management is fair but they could provide more employee growth opportunity if they pursued more high growth product opportunities.RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
