Learn a lot about medical device design, there are a breadth of projects available to work on, the work is highly technical, heavily engineering orientated.
There is a general lack of structure. There is little to no feedback on individual performance. Consulting structure dictates work comes and goes quickly, you could be busy one day and out of work the next.
Advice to Management
Managers need to take responsibility for raised issues. Managers need to provide constructive feedback for individual personal growth. Work needs to become more structured to provide for better long-term personnel growth.
