    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Auburn University.

    Interview

The hiring process involved a written application, video submission, and 4 hour interview session. During the interview they divided the applicants into groups to assess team dynamics before holding one-on-one interviews with the graduate coordinator. The questions were fairly expected and behavioral in nature.

    • They asked a few RA specific questions to assess potential job performance.   Answer Question
