    Pros

    Transparent pay/promotion culture. Good development opportunities in terms of additional training and professional accreditation. Excellent support for line managers.

    Cons

    Very bureaucratic, takes ages to get decisions made as they need to go to management and senior management and may involve input from other departments etc.
