I've worked at Augsburg for 12 years now. In some ways it's my second home. It has allowed me a work-life balance throughout all the different phases in my life. It continues to support me in more ways than I can express.

I'm being forced to submit a con, so I guess I'd say the work can be sometimes draining. The people that work at Augsburg are extremely passionate and sometimes that can be draining. But it's generally a positive. :)

    Advice to Management

Continue to work with people on their work-life balance. This is so valuable for so many people.

    Easy Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Augsburg College (Minneapolis, MN) in August 2011.

The interviewing process is very easy. Have a good attitude and know that you will be helpful regardless of your expertise (there is none). Also, take the time to connect with your boss and they can help you network in the future.
