    I have been working at Augusta Sportswear full-time (less than an year)


    Great benefit structure. Everyone seems pretty personable and enjoying what they do. The department heads are very courteous and approachable and will help you with anything.


    No training structure whatsoever. There is a lack of training. There is more an expectation that you just jump right in and automatically get it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Compile a training manual. It would save so much time and money.
