I worked at Augusta Sportswear full-time (More than 3 years)

Not a high pressure atmosphere or coworkers. Very relaxed, casual and friendly. Decent 401k options. Free (although not that delicious) lunches for most holidays.

The salary was very low. Employees do not feel appreciated or heard. Little opportunity for promotions.
