I have been working at Austin Industries full-time for more than a year

Austin is a company that is rediscovering its corporate values and the importance they play in the day to day work for each employee-owner. Overall, the compensation, benefits and training are pretty good. There is always room to improve, but Austin's leadership is mindful of that.

Work-life balance can sometimes be an issue as the specialized practices within the organization tend to run a little lean. Thus those individuals can wear many hats.
