I worked at Australia Post as a contractor (more than an year)

Great people n pay and work environment

I've worked with quite a few great people but I see the political side of things in the place that get played out everyday. Luckily, didn't get involved myself! Lots of contractors, everybody try to be "very nice" to the higher mgt to get their contract renewed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on delivering outstanding outcomes, not too many processes; too many ways of doing things, no consistent methods or standards; each project deliver their own "standards" even though a standard was recently developed

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
