I have been working at Australia Post full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good wage, good hours, good conditions (sick leave, holiday pay, parental leave), some flexibility, mostly good people.

    Cons

Timed to the minute, constant work with few breaks, little interaction with workmates, stressful, little power or decision making, incomplete information, lots of bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Inform the call takers what is happening. If they can't get the information they certainly can't educate the customer. Give ongoing training.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Australia Post (Melbourne (Australia)) in April 2015.

    Interview

The recruit process was extremely efficient. It took just 3 weeks' time from submitting an online application to getting an offer with 5 rounds of selection in between. Nice people and great culture!
