Health Coverage for Medical, Dental and Vision: These most sought-after benefits are offered through various plan options and are available for eligible employees and their eligible dependents.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: Planning for retirement is always a smart move and we provide a valuable tool that will help employees plan for the future; through our tax-deferred 401(k) plan with a company match.

Pension Plan: Another way to help ensure a financially healthy future is through our pension plan. It is provided and funded for employees entirely by our organization. This traditional plan is fast becoming a rarity, but we know its value and offer it as a way to help AAA employees prepare for retirement.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Health-care and dependent-care spending accounts allow eligible employees to set aside pre-tax money to cover IRS-approved expenses. This is an opportunity that allows one to save and budget expenses at the same time.

Health Savings Account: Allows eligible employees enrolled in a high deductible health plan to set aside pre-tax money for today’s health as well as future health expenses through retirement.

Life Insurance: Basic life insurance, provided at no cost to eligible employees, offers peace of mind, and reassurance that your loved ones will be taken care of, should the unexpected happen to you.

Disability Coverage: We acknowledge that sometimes life throws us a curve, so disability coverage is available to eligible employees when appropriate. We need healthy team members and this is one way we can support them and their efforts to get well and return to work.

Employee Assistance Program: This confidential service is available to assist all employees and their family members in solving personal problems such as: marital, family or emotional conflicts; alcoholism; drug abuse; legal or financial difficulties; and work/life balance.

Paid Time Off: We believe that having time to relax away from the office is definitely a crucial part of work/life balance. New employees begin accruing vacation days immediately. In addition, we provide eligible employees holiday and illness days, giving them the opportunity for recuperation when they need it.

Career Development and Professional Training: We encourage our employees and managers to enroll in career-enhancing courses through our in-house training options. We have instructor-led courses, virtual classes that employees can take right from one’s desktop, and a library of recorded courses. We are proud of our leadership development program and solid history of promoting from within.

Employee Savings: Eligible and qualifying employees may receive discounts on AAA membership, insurance and other products. We also partner with various vendors who offer discounted tickets to amusement parks, movie theaters and sporting events. Additionally, special vehicle pricing is available with selected dealers. Many retailers and restaurants also extend discounts to employees.

Ridesharing: Doing our part to help ease the commute dilemma, eligible employees who work in designated facilities may receive monetary incentives for carpooling, walking or biking to work.

    Received an email requesting I take an online personality test (45 min).
    HR mgr called to set up phone interview.
    Phone interview with HR mgr took 45 min, covered job summary, benefits, pay structure & my previous job experience. Asked me to come in for in-person interview.
    In-person interview at Long Beach office. Brought 2 copies of resume. Met with 2 managers who manage their own branches. They took turns asking a series of questions about how you handled certain situations at your previous jobs. They are interested in your previous sales experience. Took about 30 min and then they have you role play and try to sell them a product. They give you a packet to review for 15min and then you're supposed to pretend they're a customer.
