Company has opportunities for individuals across the the organization to contribute and make a difference in a growing industry and company. There is a positive energy to push for results and high expectations that people will deliver on commitments. I view this as a positive as people encouraged to produce their best work and be innovative in the approach.
Great overall benefits, work-life balance, and nice perks ($300.00 wellness credit, lots of opportunities for community/charity involvement, and frequent fun events).
The work is challenging; this isn't the place for those who aren't seeking some challenges. For the right individuals, it's an excellent place to work.

I considered this call to have been a major waste of my time as this could have been more easily accomplished through email which would have avoided the two hours prep time that I invested prior to this unproductive "interview". We didn't need to speak directly for me to inform her that I was unwilling to do this.
