Company has opportunities for individuals across the the organization to contribute and make a difference in a growing industry and company. There is a positive energy to push for results and high expectations that people will deliver on commitments. I view this as a positive as people encouraged to produce their best work and be innovative in the approach.

Very good interview. Scheduled for an in person interview. Met with a panel of developers. Good discussion and interactions. Quick tour of the office which has team rooms for set-up for SCRUM teams. Received an offer shortly after my interview and can't wait to get started!
