Great evening of conversation led by Up Close and Personal Honoree's including Availity's Susan Reece, SVP of Human Resources. Thanks to all the women who shared their perspective on such a variety of topics from why we #lovejax to how we juggle our work/personal lives and community involvement. Thanks to all of the United Way staff/volunteers who planned and organized such an inspiring event.

I have been working at Availity full-time (less than a year)Pros
Company has opportunities for individuals across the the organization to contribute and make a difference in a growing industry and company. There is a positive energy to push for results and high expectations that people will deliver on commitments. I view this as a positive as people encouraged to produce their best work and be innovative in the approach.
Great overall benefits, work-life balance, and nice perks ($300.00 wellness credit, lots of opportunities for community/charity involvement, and frequent fun events).Cons
The work is challenging; this isn't the place for those who aren't seeking some challenges. For the right individuals, it's an excellent place to work.Advice to ManagementAdvice
