I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Avalon Flooring (Cherry Hill, NJ) in October 2013.
A 4 part process. Phone interview, formal with the head of HR, then a face to face interview with the store manager, and drug test. It was a long process but it gave me time to adjust to the career change.
