I worked at Avalon Travel Publishing full-time

    Pros

The work and schedule are not demanding, the office culture is friendly and laid back. There is a lack of ambition across the board, however, so if you are not interested in climbing ladders, it is a good, comfortable place to work.

    Cons

No room for advancement. Limited opportunities for growth.
