I worked at Avanex full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good company to work for. How ever no product line of its own. Too much customized product. Management is ok.

    Cons

Employee turn around rate is way too high. Mass layoffs starting from year 2001. Company keeps buying/merging, then layoffs.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
