    Pros

Good benefits, challenging work, some decent co-workers

    Cons

Caste system does not reward employees for contributions. Those who go above and beyond are often not recognized and not encouraged to excel at what they do. It is a hostile environment for administrative staff, which is a shame.

    Advice to Management

Realize that all of your people contribute to your success, don't play favorites or look down on the administrative staff that makes what you do possible. Refining of personal and management skills is needed by entire management team.
