Nursing

We offer careers for Nurses in both the office and our clients’ homes, including Director level positions, Clinical Managers, Clinical Liaisons, Registered Nurses, Clinical Associates, LPNs and more. Specialty practices include Home Health Care, Pediatrics, Hospice, Habilitation, and Staffing.

Working at BAYADA Home Health Care, you’ll be challenged to deliver clinical excellence for clients with a variety of conditions, from those with acute diagnoses to others who need daily support. Equipped with cutting-edge technology including tablet computers to document and access all client data, you’ll be empowered to maximize your efficiency so you can get back to what’s most important – the client. You’ll work autonomously, but with the training, support, coaching, and clinical ladder you need to further your development, with a very flexible schedule and care assignments close to your home.

Therapy

We offer careers in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, and Rehab Management.

As a BAYADA Therapist, you’ll help clients remain in the comfort of their own homes. That’s because in this position, it will be your responsibility to restore clients’ independence and dignity. It’s the best part of providing care in the home. At the end of each day, you get to see a tangible difference. At BAYADA Home Health Care, our therapists know that when you enter a client’s home, you’re dealing with their whole life. That’s why you’ll approach client care holistically as you partner with a team of clinicians and therapists to ensure that our clients get better as soon as possible. Our 24-hour clinical support and state-of-the-art technology, including a tablet computer, will position you to provide the best care possible as you can easily and efficiently document client care and access all patient data.

Social Work

As a social worker with BAYADA Home Health Care, you’ll ensure that our clients feel deeply and holistically cared for right in their homes. That’s because you’ll address their every need, working collaboratively with a team of care professionals. By providing psychological, social, and physical support for clients and their families, the difference you make in their lives is invaluable. The one-on-one connections you’ll forge with clients are what set BAYADA apart. Keeping our values of compassion, excellence, and reliability at the heart of your work, you’re an integral part of our home health care team that helps to keep us ahead of the curve. We’ll recognize your contributions whether you work full-time (36+ hours per week), part-time (25+ hours per week), or per diem with 24-hour clinical support and opportunities for advancement.

Non-Clinical Support

When you work in a non-clinical support role, your position may range from director to manager to client services, or you may land in human resources, information technology, or accounting and finance.
