    It's a real advertising agency with real clients. Just like in the movies. You'll work on real business and learn from some of the best in the business.

    Cons

    Like any big co., you'll need to manage your career. Get noticed, work on good accounts, and you'll get promoted. Make sure you're lined up with the right folks.

    I had an interview with HR at BBDO, and then with 2 account directors two weeks later. HR is essentially impossible to get in touch with, and isn't the best at following up.
