I worked at BCD Travel full-time (More than 3 years)
Benefits, opportunities for overtime, excellent training and continued education, helpful and knowlegeable coworkers including team leads and supervisors, oncall program for extra hours and possibly working from home.
Very few travel benefits, fam-trips are non-existant, Mercom and call QA expectations/call monitoring scoring systems, verbal abuse from some of the corporate clients.
Advice to Management

Adjust mercom and call qa expectations by call type as some information doesnt apply to EVERY call. Be more supportive of your employees when they are verbally abused by a client - just because the client works for Deloitte doesnt mean they are always right.
