Like many American success stories, BDO's proud past began with the vision of an entrepreneur. Twenty-two-year-old immigrant Maximilian (M.L.) Seidman emerged from a tenement on Manhattan's Lower East Side to open a one-room office on the city's Park Row. With little more than a good idea, personal drive to achieve, and a commitment to hard work, M.L. founded Seidman & Seidman in 1910.
Fast-forward . . .The firm known today as BDO is a leading accounting and consulting organization with an extensive national and global footprint, sophisticated and loyal clients, and a talented team of people. Yet, despite our size and stature, BDO remains a family business in spirit, holding steadfast to the ideals of competence, honesty and integrity, professionalism, responsibility and accountability, and dedication, M.L. and the Seidman family ingrained in the culture of the firm. These core values have helped BDO grow to serve clients through 49 offices and more than 400 independent alliance firm locations nationwide. As the U.S. independent Member Firm of BDO International Limited, BDO serves multinational clients through a global network of 1,204 offices in 138 countries.

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at BDO USA.Interview Details
I interviewed in NYC. Went through rounds with 4-5 other MDs and Partners. Very weird group. One MD acted like he was interrogating me and kept repeating questions. No personality. Head of the group talked non-stop and bragged about his accomplishments. Then I had lunch with 2 other people who seemed to have social skills. The experience left me wondering what the identity of the group is.Interview Questions
