I worked at BDS Marketing part-time

Flexible, solid Part-Time hours during available work

Moving in between multiple program as one ends or begins can be a hassle. No real option for full-time work at all, regardless of skill level or time with company.

    Advice to Management

Offer employees who do good work a spot in any upcoming programs so they can continue to be productive and happy.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDS Marketing.

I was contacted by a recruiting assistant out of Orange, CA via email and then a phone call. He informed me on more about the company and the position. He then told me I would be contacted by another recruiter to set up an interview with a hiring manager. Four days later I had my Skype interview with the hiring manager. He went into more detail about the position, asked some questions, and I asked him some questions. He then informed me that I would be contacted for final interview with regional manager in two days. Four days later I was called by a fourth person who informed me that I would not get the job because I was a former employee of Best Buy where the ASP position would do their work. Apparently former Best Buy employees of 6 months or less were not allowed to work for the ASP positions that would be working in Best Buy stores. If this really were the case than I am extremely upset with the fact that this was not realized at the time before I was first contacted by a recruiter since Best Buy was in my resume. Also, two many different people involved in the process. They were email friendly.
