I worked at BEA Systems full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

BEA was a pay for performance company. Employees worked hard but were rewarded with stock, bonuses, raises, group gatherings, dinners, etc. They really worked hard to make their employees happy.

    Cons

They sold their company to Oracle
