    Behr Paint Sales Representative Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Philadelphia, PA

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at BEHR (California) in May 2014.

    Interview Details

Initial Telephone screening interview with an HR staffer at the headquarters location was extremely professional and informative. Within a period of two weeks this was followed up with an in person interview with Regional sales manager and a National sales trainer. Their interview style was quite flippant and far from professional.

    Interview Questions
    • Questioned about parents, children and other inappropriate issues. When I mentioned that they are asking questions not relevant to the position the National sales trainer commented that he could ask anything he wanted including questions about religion and politics.   View Answer
